Character: your favorite ornery dawg yusuke urameshi babeyyy. for reference: i'm a manga bitch, but i pull from the anime as is fun and/or funny. i haven't seen the LA netflix adaptation, but happy to play with those characters too! i can catch up lmao.

Preference For: i would honestly LOVE to get a mix of canon and crosscanon going for him. cross-medium and OCs extremely welcome as well! i'm a big slut for canon divergence AUs & happy to figure out setting AU shenanigans if that's your speed; AUs that are more complicated/sweeping than that aren't usually my bag, but if you've got an idea burning a hole in your brain, let's talk!

Seeking:

other teens, incl other delinquent-types he can vibe with AND more serious/academic/straight-laced types to contrast with. mentor/parental figures with enough patience to get past his bullshit and down to the mommy/daddy issues underneath. sparring partners/rivals/anyone who will indulge his (and mine tbh i love a good action thread) desire to be fighting at all times and/or his danger addiction. friends who will help him indulge his other hobbies BESIDES fighting (like cooking!). demons and ghosties and spooky friends of all types!

as far as shipping goes: canon-wise i ship him the most with keiko or kuwabara, so those are always easy wins for me! that said one of my favorite things ever is some crosscanon chemistry slowburn, so if you think they might be a good fit hit me up! no pref either way for M/F or M/M, i love everything i can get.

Offering:

→ comes in normal human, ghost, human-but-with-powers, and convoluted-plot-demon flavors
→ anywhere on the spectrum of jerk-with-a-heart-of-gold: he's a piece of shit who will pick a fight for looking at him wrong, and also a good boi who is defensive and protective of anyone he sees as vulnerable.
→ he bonds by fighting, so it's just as easy to get positive CR with him that way as negative. i personally love writing fight threads, but i know that's not everybody's cup of tea, so happy to gloss as needed!
→ the fuckboi in the situationship, except that he really is trying, he just sucks at it.
→ just a terror of a student/classmate. good luck getting him to go to school. good luck getting him to stay in class for more then ten seconds. homework??? i barely know her
→ i LOVE his goofy post-canon ramen-stand-slash-supernatural-detective-agency, and i would love to do some case-adjacent type stuff with it (investigating hauntings, helping ghosts cross over, breaking curses, talking down demons who are causing trouble, getting autographs/whatever from very famous/popular demons, etc).
→ i have a whole host of canon divergences i'd love to explore long-form too!
