literal Pokemon OC - looking for pokemon characters and cross-canon!

Character: Anya. Info in journal, but a blurb:

A male alpha Gardevoir (gender and alpha-ness both negotiable) that is a somewhat high-strung and maternal worrywart and busybody. Telepathy and empathy means he tries to not get close (literally and metaphorically) to others due to it being stressful, but gets very attached when he does let others get close.

Seeking: Humans and non-humans interested in a tall, alien-like fairy. Open to all kinds of AUs and settings (ex. pokemon/trainer stuff, setting where Anya is equal to a human, scenarios with Anya as a strange fairy creature and Pokemon aren't a thing, etc).
