I enjoy the casualness of TFLN but I'm a slow tagger so I usually don't get very far, alas.

As far as canon point, I'm not picky. I can do pre-Avengers, right around his MCU canon death (so he would at least recognize Strange), or go full AU in a number of ways. If you'd like an extra -problematic Loki to go with eldritch Strange, he could even have successfully turned on Thanos and have a handful of Infinity Stones of his own, although that could turn out violent. But them Bonnie and Clyde-ing across reality could be fun to write.

I do roll with the fanon idea that Loki was being tortured pre-Avengers so he's likely to be a psychological mess no matter what, but if anyone could handle that, it's probably Strange.
