Captain Rex

Character: Captain Rex, commander of the 501st Legion. (And a handful of others, but right now Rex is the only one with a journal set up. Whoops.)

Seeking: For canonmates, would love to do missing scenes, AUs, timeline shenanigans... just about anything. I would specifically adore an Ahsoka or Anakin to play off of, or any other clones. I'm also a filthy multishipper who is here for just about all the Rex ships, if anyone wants to do shippy stuff.

For cross-canon, would love more sci-fi soldier types to play off of! Or people from canons that are wildly different to Star Wars that I could toss Rex into in a thread and watch him be bewildered.

In both cases, I'm game for both one-off threads and long-term PSLs. My preference is towards the latter, or at least starting with something like a meme thread and maybe carrying on some assumed CR through other meme threads, if that makes sense.

Offering: Rex is a military man through and through. He literally does not know anything else. (Which makes it all kinds of fun to put him in non-military situations!) He's generally on the serious side, mostly because of canon, but does have a sense of humor. If you stick him in an unfamiliar situation he doesn't have any training for, he can also be a bit of an awkward bean.

Oh goodness, I was just saying earlier this evening I should probably wait until life calms down in some ways before I jump into PSL things again, but a Rex is too rare to not drop a note!

I play Ezra here - usually later seasons of Rebels or post Rebels, but I can do younger or Ahsoka!Ezra. I love the bits of Ezra and Rex's dynamic we got to see and would love to expand on that, if that's also your jam.

I also pull out a baby!Leia, on occasion.

Ezra!! I would love to play off of him, if you don't mind some timeline shenanigans! I'm only partway through Rebels, or I'd offer you a Rebels!Rex.

If you ever want to play her again, I'd also go all starry-eyed at getting to toss Rex at a baby Leia.

Awesome!! I don't mind at all! I put Leia on the general text meme if you want to start somewhere easy, or I can put up a start for you on the open post in her journal.

Text wise I would be down for an inexplicable cross-time text conversation, which I think would be very funny. Starter wise, I can come up with a few things depending on the genre/tone you're interested in.

I'm an absolute sucker for Fives-lives AUs, anything that milks the drama of O66 for all that it's worth. Missing scenes are also fun!

(Also I have an Omega, Obi-Wan, Ezra, and I once created an OC who was a force-sensitive clone Padawan if that's not entirely too ridiculous.)
