Offering: Lalo is a charismatic, fun, happy-go-lucky guy who also kills people and sets things on fire and litters. But he'll make you feel like you're best friends up until you get in his way! He's a psychopathic cartel don from a fucked up family who believes in protecting each other over anyone outside the bloodline. Spoiled rotten, he's basically the prince of the cartel, and behaves that way at all times.
