Astarion Ancunin | Baldur's Gate 3

Character: Astarion Ancunin. Vampire spawn, traumatizing backstory, trying to be a somewhat better person. He's smarmy, manipulative, a bit of an asshole, but if you can get past that he's still smarmy and a bit of an asshole but with a soft edge. I tend to play him later Act III (pre or post Cazador death depending), or post-game. Still chaotic, but tries to be more good about it than bad.

Preference For: Canonmates (both Tavs/Durges and companions), cross-canon and OCs are good too but if they fit into the DnD/Fantasy realm.

Not really into AUing him, unless if it has a similar DnD/Fantasy feel. (Aka no coffee shop AUs.)

Seeking/Offering:

• Filling in game gaps! Because it's very vague about a number of things, it's fun to fill in those holes.
• Re-writing game points! So like, one of my fave PSLs going on write now is a Durge/Astarion romance but it happens totally different from how the game has it set out. Stuff like that but having it still follow the general beats of the game is fun.
• Post-game stuff! Figuring out what our characters would do post-game. Are they together, what do they do post game together, how do they work with him being unable to go into the sun again? Do they get together post-game, how does that happen? Want to just write them being mercenary friends having a blast killing bad guys at night? Etc, etc.
  
  For cross-canon/OCs I find having Astarion meet them post-game is easiest, too.
• Generally, just shippy stuff. I love writing gross romance. If all we wanted to do was write them cuddling and on dates damn I'll do it.
• Smut! I love writing smut! I'll even write plot-what-plot smut all day long! That said, smut isn't required to write shippy stuff with me, happy to FTB!
• I'm pretty open to anything, so feel free to ask about an idea you have!
• If we haven't threaded on bakerstreet yet I like to do a couple memes to see if we mesh, then can do stuff in my (or yours) musebox along with memes!
